Cirro E-Commerce Guide
Cirro E-Commerce is a best-in-class domestic and international ecommerce logistics provider and consolidator. With a dynamic IT suite, Cirro E-Commerce can offer EasyPost customers a full range of services, including fully integrated tracking, DDP international shipments, built-in zone skipping, and more.
This guide includes detailed information on utilizing Cirro E-Commerce shipping with the EasyPost API, focusing on account setup, rates, label creation, manifests, and tracking.
Sign up for an EasyPost account to obtain a Test and Production API key. See Authentication and Key Management for more information.
Note: Negotiated rates are only available in Production mode.
Upon sign-up with EasyPost, users gain immediate access to Default Carrier Accounts, which can be enabled directly from the Dashboard. For additional carriers, EasyPost supports a Bring Your Own Account (BYOA) option. This requires users to register directly with the respective carrier.
- Contact Cirro E-Commerce to request a shipper account. A representative will be in touch for additional details regarding the account.
- Inform Cirro E-Commerce about using EasyPost's API for label purchases.
- Acquire rates and align any additional shipping needs.
- Obtain Cirro E-Commerce account credentials:
- Cirro E-Commerce API Key
- Cirro E-Commerce User ID
- Input carrier-specific credentials on the Carrier Account Dashboard for comprehensive rate access and choose the most convenient injection hub for drop-offs.
The API structure specified by EasyPost can also be used to add the Cirro E-Commerce carrier shipper account.

Cirro E-Commerce is a Live Rating integration, enabling real-time rate retrieval for shipments created via EasyPost.
- When creating a shipment, EasyPost requests Cirro E-Commerce for shipment rates specific to the user's Cirro E-Commerce account.
- The rates provided are directly from Cirro E-Commerce and tailored to the user's specific account details.
- In cases of discrepancies or incorrect rates, users are advised to contact their Cirro E-Commerce account representative.
- The representative can then update the rates in Cirro E-Commerce's database to ensure user account accuracy.
Billing is directly handled by Cirro E-Commerce. EasyPost does not participate in the billing process for Cirro E-Commerce services. Contact a Cirro E-Commerce representative for details.

There are no predefined packages for Cirro E-Commerce.
With EasyPost, the process for generating shipping labels for Cirro E-Commerce is the same as generating them for any other carrier.

Manifesting is not supported or required for Cirro E-Commerce.
Cirro E-Commerce does not provide a separate service for returns. Any shipments will be subject to regular pricing.
Native Cirro E-Commerce labels are available in PNG, ZPL, and PDF formats.
Voiding Cirro E-Commerce labels through EasyPost is not supported.
The handling of hazardous materials or dangerous goods by Cirro E-Commerce is subject to specific regulations and requirements. For guidance, please refer to Cirro E-Commerce’s policies or customer support.
Cirro E-Commerce accommodates pickups based on individual agreements with customers. While regular pickups can be arranged directly with Cirro E-Commerce during the account registration process, they cannot be scheduled via the EasyPost API.
EasyPost simplifies package tracking by offering two methods:
- Tracking with an existing number and carrier.
- Using a Tracker included with an EasyPost-purchased shipping label.

The Carrier Metadata endpoint can programmatically return information about Cirro E-Commerce service levels, predefined packages, supported features, and shipment options.
Use this information to quickly integrate with Cirro E-Commerce and make educated decisions about the mix of carriers for shipping needs. Additionally, the Carrier Metadata endpoint is available to retrieve comprehensive information about all carriers on the EasyPost platform, enhancing decision-making for carrier services.
