IMPORTANT: As of February 2026, GOFO has acquired CIRRO E-Commerce USA. This further strengthens services you may have been, or are considering using, for your small parcel B2C needs.
Sign up for an EasyPost account to obtain a Test and Production API key. See Authentication and Key Management for more information.
Note: Negotiated rates are only available in Production mode.
- Contact GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce to request a shipper account. A representative will be in touch for additional details regarding the account.
- Inform GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce about using EasyPost's API for label purchases.
- Acquire rates and align any additional shipping needs.
- Obtain the following account credentials from GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce:
- API Key
- User ID
- Input carrier-specific credentials on the Carrier Account Dashboard for comprehensive rate access and choose the most convenient injection hub for drop-offs.
The API structure specified by EasyPost can also be used to add the GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce carrier shipper account.

- When creating a shipment, EasyPost requests GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce for shipment rates specific to the user's GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce account.
- The rates provided are directly from GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce and tailored to the user's specific account details.
- In cases of discrepancies or incorrect rates, users are advised to contact their GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce account representative.
- The representative can then update the rates in GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce’s database to ensure accuracy for the user’s account.
Billing is directly handled by GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce. EasyPost does not participate in the billing process for GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce services. Contact a GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce representative for details.

GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce offers drop-off hubs in Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami, Chicago, New York, and Atlanta, with full shipping coverage in the US. GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce also provides 1st-mile solutions on an account-by-account basis. Talk to a shipping expert to see if you qualify.
There are no predefined packages for GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce.
With EasyPost, the process for generating shipping labels for GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce is the same as generating them for any other carrier.

GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce supports select hazardous materials shipments.

GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce accommodates pickups based on individual agreements with customers. While regular pickups can be arranged directly with GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce during the account registration process, they cannot be scheduled via the EasyPost API.
EasyPost simplifies package tracking by offering two methods:
- Tracking with an existing number and carrier.
- Using a Tracker included with an EasyPost-purchased shipping label.

The Carrier Metadata endpoint can programmatically return information about service levels, predefined packages, supported features, and shipment options.
Use this information to quickly integrate with and make educated decisions about the mix of carriers for shipping needs. Additionally, the Carrier Metadata endpoint is available to retrieve comprehensive information about all carriers on the EasyPost platform, enhancing decision-making for carrier services.
