Parcelforce Guide
Important: The Parcelforce API will be decommissioned on December 31, 2025. After this date, Parcelforce shipments must be created using Royal Mail v3.
Parcelforce services are transitioning to Royal Mail v3. The existing Parcelforce API will be decommissioned on December 31, 2025. To maintain uninterrupted access to Parcelforce services, users must transition to Royal Mail v3.
- Existing Royal Mail customers: Add Royal Mail v3 to your existing EasyPost integration to begin using the new Parcelforce services.
- Other customers: Follow the registration steps in the Royal Mail v3 Carrier Guide to request a Royal Mail account, then add Royal Mail v3 to your EasyPost integration.
Customers with an existing Royal Mail Online Business Account (OBA) will generally see Parcelforce services listed under that account.
In some cases, Parcelforce services may be configured under a new OBA account, depending on how Royal Mail has set up the customer’s contract. If so, the new OBA account must be added separately.
Only Parcelforce services that are active and assigned to the customer’s contract will be available.
Important: To avoid service interruption, Parcelforce customers must by migrated to Royal Mail v3 by December 31, 2025.
